The Warehouseman is responsible for executing daily warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations. Key duties include material issuance, receiving operations, shipment booking, physical inventory counts, and processing PEZA documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Warehouse Operations & Material Handling:
Receive incoming goods, inspect physical quantities against delivery documents (receipts, invoices, packing lists), and notify end-users.
Properly store, sort, label, kit, and issue materials to requesting departments.
Receive finished goods from production, execute picking/packing, and handle the dispatch of shipments following standard procedures.
Inventory Management & Compliance:
Log all material receipts and issuances accurately into the company MRP/ERP system.
Strictly enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory controls and maintain designated rack storage.
Conduct interim, monthly, and year-end inventory counts to drive stock accuracy.
Logistics & Import/Export (IMPEX):
Coordinate with internal departments and carriers for local and international shipments.
Process PEZA documents and maintain regulatory compliance with government agencies (BOC, BOI, PDEA, etc.).
Maintain safety standards, 5S workplace organization, and support audit readiness within the warehouse.
Education: At least 2nd-year College level or completed Vocational course.
Experience: Hands-on experience in warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Technical Knowledge:
Direct familiarity with PEZA documentation processing.
Strong knowledge of inventory taking, FIFO rules, 5S methodologies, and MRP/ERP interface.
Skills & Competencies:
Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office).
Good verbal and written communication skills; driving skills preferred.
Highly organized, punctual, committed, and driven by a strong sense of urgency.
