AnchorEd is seeking a Fulfillment Officer in Manila to manage end-to-end order processing and shipments, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and prompt resolution of customer concerns.

You will handle order assignment for picking, SLA adherence, courier coordination, invoicing, and daily status updates while supporting inventory and team guidance. A strong admin/fulfillment operations background is required.

Responsibilities

• As per the job listing: manage end-to-end order processing and shipment, assign orders for picking, monitor fulfillment within SLA, coordinate courier pickups, generate invoices/receipts and update payment statuses, support with order checks and quality control, update order statuses daily, provide guidance to team, contact customers for issues, escalate concerns, validate courier billings, input manual orders and assist with inventory.
