Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods categories.
• Strong account management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience with modern trade, supermarkets, or e-commerce.
• Proven sales analysis, forecasting and demand planning.
• Ability to develop pricing, promo, and category growth strategies.
• Experience managing distributor, retailer, or marketplace relationships.
• Proficient in Excel and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement assortment & pricing strategies to meet sales and margin targets.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage SKU performance and promotions.
