Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for IT service queries and issues.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software via phone, email or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Document and track issues using the ITSM system.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
