Motional Philippines is seeking an IT Engineer to be the face of IT and deliver world-class support to end users and executives. You will configure workstations and assist with task automation to improve the end-user experience.

Responsibilities include imaging hardware, managing IT inventory, maintaining devices across sites, and documenting processes. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure project success and uphold high uptime and security standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting desktop systems across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of issues from networking to workstation anomalies.
• Solid understanding of IT security practices in a corporate environment.
• Physical ability to deploy IT hardware across the office.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Desire to learn new information systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of IT, delivering world-class support both locally and remotely.
• Troubleshoot issues, document requests, and escalate as needed to meet SLA.
• Monitor AV/conferencing equipment and manage IT inventory lifecycle.
• Image and configure hardware for workstations and laptops using standardized practices.
• Document and improve internal IT processes and support documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to drive projects and OKRs.
• Apply IT security best practices to protect company IP and uptime.
