Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines seeks an IT Service Desk Technician I to deliver frontline IT support for Harvard locations and remote users. You will triage issues, deploy laptops and devices, and collaborate with engineering to resolve complex problems.

The role requires an IT-related degree or certification, solid knowledge of Windows environments, and excellent customer service. You will maintain documentation, use Autopilot and Intune, and work with RMM tools in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• AA in IT field, IT certification, or 1 year in IT environment.
• Strong troubleshooting of desktops/laptops and MS OS.
• Experience with mobile devices and tablets.
• Familiarity with data backup and system imaging.
• Knowledge of servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proven ability to learn new systems and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class technical support.
• Present yourself professionally and respectfully.
• Provide remote help desk support via phone and in-person.
• Update ticketing system with issue resolutions.
• First contact for user issue resolution; triage issues.
• Escalate to Engineering for complex problems.
