Job summary

van den Boom & Associates, a US-based firm, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver frontline help desk support and end-user services from our Taguig office. You will handle devices, software, and onboarding/offboarding in a dynamic professional services environment.

The role requires strong customer service, ITSM experience, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and ticketing systems. Work hours align with US PDT night shift, onsite M-F in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Entry-level IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+.
• Experience in end-user support and hardware deployment in MSP environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT help desk and end-user support for hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Manage help desk tickets and SLAs; log, prioritize, and resolve requests.
• Offer remote and on-site support for employees and clients.
• Maintain knowledge base and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
• Assist in hardware provisioning, imaging, and asset tracking.
