Responsibilities

• Serves clients at the teller counter with a friendly greeting and efficient service.
• Follows rules and regulations to deliver timely and competent service.
• Manages vault-related duties and cash transfers with appropriate approvals.
• Keeps custody of keys and maintains custodianship per the matrix.
• Verifies client identities for withdrawals and check encashments.
• Prepares cash requisitions and transfers to vault as required.
• Verifies cash received from vault for accuracy.
• Handles cash, checks deposits, and various payments for peso and FCDU accounts.
