• Promote e-Biz and cross-sell Western Union services.
• Coordinate with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handle OTC transactions following company guidelines.
• Follow escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Perform start/end-of-day protocols including cash count.
• Prepare and submit accurate branch reports on time.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits to maintain optimal cash levels.
