Job summary

TechTiera Corporation in the Philippines is seeking proactive Mid-Level and Senior Frontend Software Engineers to design, develop, and maintain high-performing frontend applications for fintech solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable user interfaces and core logic.

As part of an Agile environment, you will optimize performance, implement security practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while mentoring peers and sharing knowledge in TechTalks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior role).
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and mobile platforms (React, Angular, Flutter, iOS, Android).
• Background or familiarity with fintech solutions and secure application development.
• Understanding of UI design, databases, unit testing, and API integration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong problem-solving, accountability, and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain frontend applications across web and mobile platforms with fintech emphasis.
• Collaborate with tech leads, analysts, and product managers to translate specs into UI and architecture.
• Optimize performance, implement security best practices, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug and resolve complex issues to support end-users.
• Participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies and contribute to code quality.
• Explore new tools, propose architecture ideas, and share knowledge internally.
