Job summary

TechTiera Corporation in the Philippines is seeking proactive Mid-Level and Senior Frontend Software Engineers to design, develop, and maintain high-performing frontend applications for fintech solutions. As part of an Agile environment, you will optimize performance, implement security practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while mentoring peers and sharing knowledge in TechTalks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior role).
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and mobile platforms (React, Angular, Flutter, iOS, Android).
• Background or familiarity with fintech solutions and secure application development.
• Understanding of UI design, databases, unit testing, and API integration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong problem-solving, accountability, and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain frontend applications across web and mobile platforms (React, Angular, Flutter, Android, iOS) with a strong emphasis on fintech systems. Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following industry standards.
• Partner with tech leads, business analysts, and product managers to translate technical specs into seamless user interfaces, architecture logic, and secure component integrations.
• Optimize application performance, implement security best practices to protect sensitive data, and maintain continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical or operational issues efficiently to support end-users.
• Actively participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies, perform peer code reviews, and contribute to code quality and maintainability.
• Explore emerging tools and frameworks, propose innovative architecture solutions, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
