Job summary

BAYTECH BPO CORPORATION is seeking a driven Front End Developer to join our Technology team in the Philippines. You will build the client-side of web applications, implement visual elements, and help plan website content, including videos and graphics.

The role requires hands-on markup, CSS/HTML, and collaboration with back-end for troubleshooting, with a focus on fast-loading, user-friendly interfaces. Candidates should have at least 3 years in front-end development, strong UI/UX experience,

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a front end development role.
Proven work experience as a Front-end developer.
Must have experience with UI/UX development.
Hands on experience with markup languages.
With at least a little background/experience in back-end.
Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.

Responsibilities

Write code to implement visual elements into various web applications.
Develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability.
Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds.
Maintain websites and implement any necessary additions or enhancements.
Identify and troubleshoot various website issues and coding problems.
Use a combination of markup languages to write web pages.
Create quality mockups and prototypes on tight timelines.
Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
Create cascading style sheets (CSS) that are consistent across all browsers and platforms.
Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
