Qualifications

• 10+ years in frontend development and management, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of frontend architecture, and scalable system design.
• Experience in fintech/digital currency is a plus, with regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define frontend strategy, roadmaps, and architecture aligned with business goals.
• Oversee web, app, and H5 frontend development lifecycle end-to-end.
• Lead module development: trading interfaces, funds, user center, alerts.
• Drive CI/CD, automation, and deployment stability with DevOps teams.
• Ensure frontend security, compliance with FATF/MiCA-like standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performance frontend team and roadmap talent.
