Job summary

Coins.ph in the Philippines seeks a Senior Frontend Leader to define strategy, architecture, and the long-term frontend roadmap for our digital assets platform. You will own core frontend systems across web and mobile (web, app, H5), drive performance, security, and reliability, and lead a high-impact team through fintech projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong user experience.

Collaborate with product, backend, UI/UX, and compliance teams to shape technical standards and mentor

Qualifications

• 10+ years frontend development and management experience, including 5+ years of senior frontend team management.
• Deep understanding of frontend processes, system architecture, and digital asset-related business models, with experience leading large-scale frontend systems.
• Proficient in Vue3/React + TypeScript, cross-platform development (Flutter/React Native) and web development.
• Experience with frontend security, performance optimization, DevOps practices and regulatory compliance in fintech context.

Responsibilities

• Formulate frontend strategy, long-term architecture, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead design and optimization of core frontend system architecture and tech stack.
• Research and introduce advanced frontend technologies and methodologies.
• Evaluate technical solutions for high-concurrency trading interfaces and real-time data.
• Oversee full lifecycle of frontend development across web, app and H5.
• Coordinate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
• Lead frontend security and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Build and mentor frontend team; manage performance and growth.
