Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a guest-focused Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests in assigned dining sections, record orders accurately, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.

You will demonstrate menu knowledge, upsell selections, resolve guest inquiries, and maintain clean, ready tables while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate of any hospitality course.
• Proven experience in the position.
• No large visible tattoos.
• Good communication and memorization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain composed, especially under stress.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate restaurant operations.
