Job summary

The Bistro Group is seeking an experienced Front-of-House Manager to oversee Randy's Donuts store operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will lead front-of-house staff, manage schedules, training, and performance, and drive sales through upselling and promotions while preserving product quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
• At least 3 years in restaurant, café, bakery, or retail food operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, inventory monitoring, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient order processing, and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper product presentation in accordance with company standards.
