Job summary

Mister Donut Philippines in Cavite is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help set shop plans with the Shop Manager to hit sales goals and grow the brand locally.

The role leads store operations, local marketing, cash management, and monthly business reviews; you will train the team, monitor performance, and implement improvements to close gaps and raise profitability.

Candidates with a Bachelor's in Business/Management and at least 2 years in retail/QSR are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Management or related.
• At least 2 years experience in QSR, restaurant & retail.
• Knowledge of end-to-end store operations and P&L reports.
• Analytical with good decision and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and positive, professional attitude.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in sales & marketing or business/franchise consulting.

Responsibilities

• Set plans for shops to achieve sales goals with the Shop Manager.
• Create Local Store Marketing and other promotions to increase shop sales and build brand awareness.
• Facilitate cash management and proper use of revolving fund.
• Conduct regular business reviews on shop performance to identify opportunities or action plans.
• Conduct, implement, and evaluate training for the team to ensure staffing and policy compliance.
• Deliver strategic planning; monitor daily operations and rectify deviations monthly.
