Job summary

IONOS is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee HR operations and ensure compliance across frontline teams. You will partner with line managers to address employee concerns, facilitate disciplinary actions, and maintain confidential HR records.

The role supports recruitment and development initiatives for frontline staff. You will monitor workforce metrics, advise on retention strategies, and coach leaders on performance management to drive high performance and a constructive work

Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or similar.
• Proven track record in managing employee relations, workforce planning and HR program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations ensuring compliance with policies and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with line managers to address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Support recruitment efforts and identify training opportunities for frontline staff.
• Monitor workforce metrics and suggest action plans to improve retention and performance.
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance management and employee relations.
