Sales & Customer Service

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross‑selling Western Union and other services.

Branch Operations

• Follows escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Performs start/end‑of‑day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing, etc.).
• Prepares and submits accurate branch reports on time.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits at the bank to maintain optimal cash levels for branch operations.
• Reports transaction errors & discrepancies promptly.
