Sales & Customer Service: Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
Sales & Customer Service: Handles OTC transactions per company guidelines.
Branch Operations: Follows escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
Branch Operations: Performs start/end-of-day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing, etc.).
Branch Operations: Prepares and submits accurate branch reports on time.
