Vantage Financial Corporation is seeking a passionate Front Line Associate for their Midsayap Branch. This full-time position focuses on customer service and cash handling while promoting Western Union’s e-Biz services.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a pleasing personality, ideally residing near the workplace, with occasional experience in cash handling or customer service considered a plus. Enjoy an above-average compensation package and health benefits.

Mansioni

• Conduct client calls to boost transactions.

• Prepare accurate branch reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Sales & Customer Service

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handles OTC transactions per company guidelines.

Branch Operations

• Follows escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Performs start/end-of-day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing, etc.).
• Prepares and submits accurate branch reports on time.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits at the bank to maintain optimal cash levels for branch operations.
• Reports transaction errors and discrepancies promptly.
