Job summary

Vantage Financial Corporation in the Philippines invites applications for a Front Line Associate (full-time) at our Santiago Branch, Isabela Cluster. You will engage with customers, promote Western Union and other services, and help drive branch profitability.

Ideal candidates are graduates of any 4-year course with strong customer service skills; cash handling experience is a plus. You will coordinate with Marketing for promotions and support daily branch operations.

Sales & Customer Service

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions and profitability.
• Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop, cross-selling Western Union and other services.
• Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handles OTC transactions per company guidelines.

Branch Operations

• Follows escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Performs start/end-of-day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing, etc.).
• Prepares and submits accurate branch reports on time.
• Conduct cash withdrawals and deposits at the bank to maintain optimal cash levels for branch operations.
• Reports transaction errors and discrepancies promptly.
