Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in coordination with stakeholders and business users
• Prepare and maintain technical specification documents to support project development and implementation
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Monitor and support project and production activities, including system issues and operational concerns involving Wealth Management systems such as MFund, WMROR, Container Project, and their interfacing applications
• Receive, assess, process, and manage incident tickets raised through email, vendor ticketing systems, and internal ticketing platforms
• Ensure proper documentation and management of tickets, including status updates, issue tracking, escalation, and the opening and closure of incident, problem, and service request tickets
• Monitor system performance, outstanding issues, and ongoing production activities to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues
• Coordinate with internal development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate timely issue resolution and successful implementation of system enhancements, software updates, and releases

About the role

This role involves developing and enhancing the Wealth Portal's user interface, creating and implementing new menus, modules, and functionalities based on business requirements. You will ensure the usability, functionality, and overall performance of the portal, develop and maintain back-end programs including data extraction and interface programs, design and enhance automated data reconciliation tools, and support data processing, integration, and reporting requirements. You will be responsible for providing operational and technical support for Wealth Management systems, ensuring system stability, business continuity, and timely resolution of production issues.
