Private Advertiser in Taguig, Philippines is seeking an IT professional to develop and enhance the Wealth Portal's user interface and backend programs. You will implement new menus, modules, and functionalities, ensure usability and performance, and support data processing, integration, and reporting needs.

• Ability to adhere to the Bank's established software development methodologies, technical standards, and governance requirements
• Ability to comply with the Bank's DevOps lifecycle and development practices, including CI/CD, security standards, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to ensure that all development, testing, deployment, and release activities follow prescribed controls and documentation standards

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in coordination with stakeholders and business users
• Prepare and maintain technical specification documents to support project development and implementation
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Monitor and support project and production activities, including system issues and operational concerns involving Wealth Management systems such as MFund, WMROR, Container Project, and their interfacing applications
• Receive, assess, process, and manage incident tickets raised through email, vendor ticketing systems, and internal ticketing platforms
• Ensure proper documentation and management of tickets, including status updates, issue tracking, escalation, and the opening and closure of incident, problem, and service request tickets
• Monitor system performance, outstanding issues, and ongoing production activities to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues
• Coordinate with internal development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate timely issue resolution and successful implementation of system enhancements, software updates, and releases
