Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Java-focused developer to join the technology team responsible for Wealth Management systems. You will work on Wealth Portal development, Java-based back-end applications, system interfaces, reporting tools, and reconciliation features.

This role emphasizes production support, incident response, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth deployments, with strong emphasis on DevOps, CI/CD, and security practices.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in Java development, web apps, or application support.
• Proficiency in Java, Java EE, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL, PostgreSQL, RESTful services.
• Familiarity with Tomcat, JPA/Hibernate, system integration, and database management.
• Understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong documentation.
• Willingness to learn production support and incident management.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and support system interfaces, extract programs, reporting, and reconciliation tools.

• Monitor systems, manage incident tickets, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide regular progress reports.
• Support change management, CAB activities, and production releases.
• Follow bank standards for DevOps, CI/CD, version control, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Java development, web application development, or application support.
