Job summary

Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetics Center Corporation in Taguig is seeking a Fresh Graduate/Student for an on-site, full-time receptionist role. You will greet visitors and patients, assist walk-ins, answer calls, and collect demographic details while providing accurate information.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Course or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or cashier/billing roles is preferred.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC branch.
• Fresh graduates may also apply, but prior experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist walk-in clients/patients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Answer and respond to telephone calls promptly and correctly.
• Gather patient information by collecting and verifying demographic details.
• Prepare accurate bills and process payments including cash, debit/credit cards, bank remittances, and cheques.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and payment-related issues.
• Charge outpatient laboratory and procedure costs accurately.
• Operate POS terminal and ensure proper issuance of receipts; safely keep cashier copies.
• Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Calculate total payments received and reconcile with total sales.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
