Responsibilities

• Managing billing statements and ensuring accuracy in the accounting system.
• Contact doctors, hospitals, and other suppliers to request their billing statements.
• Receive and review statements of account from doctors and hospitals.
• Encode billing details into the accounting system.
• Verify that all suppliers have submitted their billings.
• Prevent double billing by cross-checking records.
• Ensure billings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers to reconcile discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to telephone inquiries from suppliers.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
