Pagaar India is seeking an energetic HR Recruiter for our International BPO operations in Delhi NCR. This role targets fresh graduates eager to start a career in talent acquisition and human resources.

You will source candidates through portals and social networks, screen for English communication, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines to meet hiring targets for voice and non-voice campaigns.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required; MBA in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
• High energy, persuasive, and confident personality.
• Willingness to join immediately and work on-site in Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through portals, social media, references, and databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess English skills, stability, and cultural fit for International BPO processes.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates daily to meet hiring targets for voice and non-voice campaigns.
