Qualificações

• French language skill to review calls, emails, and transactions.
• 3+ years of quality control experience focusing on Know Your Customer standards.
• Experience using data analytics to identify root causes and improve processes.
• Proven ability implementing automated solutions to streamline QC tasks.
• Strong communication and ability to coach, train, and collaborate across teams.
