You will conduct thorough quality control reviews, analyze results with data tools, identify root causes, and propose improvements across teams, leveraging your French language skills, strong computer literacy, and customer service experience. This role supports continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Know Your Customer controls

Competenze

• French language skill to review calls, emails, and transactions.
• At least 3 years in quality control focusing on Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
• Experience using data analytics tools to examine outcomes and derive insights.
• Proven ability to implement automated QA solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Ability to articulate findings and guide teams toward continuous learning.
