French Bilingual Finance Associate - R2P Support

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a French bilingual Finance Associate to support our Requisition-to-Pay operations.

The role blends Accounts Payable and procurement duties with customer service, handling invoices, payments, and PO inquiries in a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup at our Philippines location.

Qualifikationen

• MUST HAVE: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work mid-shift schedules, including holidays when required.
• Preferred: Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, or Accounts Payable operations in a shared services environment.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Preferred: Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, ticketing systems, or other ERP platforms.

Aufgaben

• Review and verify invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing and payment.
• Investigate invoice and payment issues, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Monitor purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs), including their status and relationship to invoices.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining accurate supplier records and financial documentation.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
• Respond to employee and supplier inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide clear, professional, and timely assistance regarding invoices, payments, procurement processes, and related concerns.
• Log and manage inquiries through case management and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
