Yello X Supply Chain Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Freight Forwarding Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound domestic shipments, including reefer and dry containers, ensuring on-time cargo movement and accurate documentation.

You will coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams; verify paperwork; track milestones; and resolve delays while maintaining shipment reports and KPI records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or transportation.
• Knowledge of domestic container shipping and forwarding documentation.
• Familiarity with carriers and customs clearance procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

About the Role

Coordinates inbound and outbound domestic shipments, including reefer and dry containers, ensuring timely cargo movement, accurate documentation, shipment visibility, and effective coordination with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of domestic container shipping processes and freight forwarding documentation.
• Familiarity with shipping lines, carriers, and customs clearance procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple shipments and priorities.
