SC Johnson is seeking a Freight Billing Validation specialist to support the billing process for international and domestic freight invoices. The role collaborates with Accounts Payable, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

Responsibilities

Validate freight vendor billings and related documents 100% per instructions.
Ensure timely submission of validated invoices within the 5-day SLA.
Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.
Monitor aged items, perform follow-ups, and escalate high-risk issues.
Maintain complete records for audit readiness and traceability.
Contribute to LEAN and continuous improvement in freight billing processes.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Logistics, and Finance for end-to-end billing operations.
