Job summary

SC Johnson in Makati, Philippines seeks an Analyst, Accounts Payable to support Freight Billing Validation for domestic and international invoices. You will validate charges, coordinate with freight vendors, and monitor invoices and credit memos to ensure timely payments.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvements, and collaboration with AP, Logistics, and Finance in a dynamic, multi-cultural setting. Onsite work with weekly remote flexibility after 3 months is available.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and analytical.
• Excellent communication skills and English fluency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Experience in accounts payable or invoicing is a plus.
• Adaptable to change and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% validation and tracking of freight billing, including invoices and credit memos.
• Ensure timely submission of validated invoices within SLA.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor aged items and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
• Contribute to LEAN initiatives to improve freight billing processes.
• Collaborate with AP, Logistics, and Finance to support end-to-end billing.
