TransPerfect Translations International is seeking a recruiting professional to manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to offers. You will partner with clients to understand hiring needs, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate on-site campus interviews to attract top talent.

You will build relationships across diverse backgrounds, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and drive timely, quality hires while delivering a positive candidate experience for multinational client teams.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for positions of any seniority as needed by our clients.
• Work with clients to understand hiring needs to meet expectations.
• Oversee full recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers.
• Plan and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers.
• Manage the interview process to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop relationships with universities to coordinate on-site interviews.
• Cold call and actively recruit experienced candidates for various positions.
