Risewave Consulting, Inc. seeks a Fraud Investigation Associate to own cases from initial alert to final decision, collaborating with US-based colleagues and applying hands-on investigative techniques.

You will manage end-to-end investigations for card, wire, online account, and check fraud, with onsite work at EXXA Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City. Strong communication is essential to report findings and support controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1.5+ years of fraud investigation experience.
• End-to-end case ownership across card, wire, online account, and check fraud.
• Strong knowledge of fraud typologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assess alerts, judge risk, and scope the case.
• Gather evidence from transaction records, account activity, and data.
• Analyze patterns to distinguish genuine behavior from fraud.
• Resolve cases with well-supported conclusions and documentation.
