Job summary

JPMorganChase Philippines is seeking a Change Management Analyst within Fraud and FinCrime to help drive transformation, analyze performance data, and embed change across operations. You will work with the Fraud and FinCrime Channel Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, support performance reviews, and deliver insights for senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in project coordination or business analysis, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with JIRA

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or business analysis.
Proficient in Excel for analysis and PowerPoint reporting.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence; Agile exposure.

Responsibilities

Support transformation across Fraud Operations by designing and overseeing tasks.
Ensure processes and reporting comply with regulations and firmwide policy.
Track and present Fraud Operations performance; identify efficiency opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives and timelines.
Assist in embedding change across Fraud and FinCrime Operations; reinforce new processes and controls.
Conduct impact assessments and readiness plans; track benefits and actions.
Prepare Monthly Business Review insight packs for senior audiences.
