JOB SUMMARY:

The General Manager (GM) of the Franchising Company will lead, manage, and grow the franchising operations of GCGC’s Hotel Operations business. This role will oversee the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the franchising company, which manages four (4) hotel brands across 70 properties. The GM will be responsible for franchisee acquisition, relationship management, brand standards, and ensuring the sustained growth and profitability of the franchising business.
