Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in franchising, hospitality, or real estate development.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in franchisee recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, branding and market dynamics.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.

• Strategic Leadership for franchising operations across 4 brands and 70 properties.
