Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking a high-caliber Franchise Head – Mercedes-Benz to lead the brand across sales, aftersales, and dealer operations. You will shape strategic plans, optimize profitability, and ensure premier customer experiences through strong OEM partnerships and disciplined execution.

The role demands a decade in auto, including leadership with premium brands, plus a track record in P&L and strategic growth.

Qualifications

Degree in Business/Management or related field; MBA is an advantage.
10+ years in automotive industry with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Experience leading premium/luxury brands and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead overall performance and profitability of the Mercedes-Benz franchise across sales, aftersales, and operations.
Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with OEM objectives.
Drive revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction across functions.
Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz brand standards and operational policies.
Oversee dealer operations and uphold showroom and service quality.
Build relationships with OEM partners, stakeholders, and dealer networks.
Monitor KPIs and implement improvement initiatives in sales, CSI, and profitability.
Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams including Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and Support.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the franchise.
Identify and capitalize on network expansion and new revenue opportunities.
