Job summary

Maserati Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of both Sales and Aftersales. You will drive customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, and support growth while maintaining premium brand standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating across multiple functions, managing performance, and delivering an exceptional ownership experience for Maserati clients in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in automotive or luxury brand environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Sales and Aftersales departments.
• Ensure CRM processes, lead management, and sales workflows are effective.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches, showroom events, and service campaigns.
• Prepare and analyze sales performance reports and KPIs.
• Manage service center operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee parts procurement and warranty processing; handle escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with finance, marketing, and admin to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain brand standards and compliance with policies and local regulations.
