Position Summary

As a Marketing Intern at GomaSportika, you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and on‑ground consumer activations for our sports and lifestyle brands. We're a fast‑growing startup that values team players who are resourceful, creative, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. You’ll contribute to digital campaign execution, content creation, community engagement events, and support retail activations, all while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

Assist in the planning, briefing, and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions.

Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media and other digital platforms.

Help monitor engagement and compile reports on campaign performance.

Assist in organizing store events, pop‑ups, and community activations.

Provide on‑site support, including event coordination and feedback gathering.

Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Retail Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.

Coordinate with suppliers, creators, and event partners.

Share fresh ideas and support various marketing tasks as needed.

Basic Content & Admin Tasks

Assist with simple design work for posters, digital materials, or point‑of‑sale collaterals (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus).

Compile content (photos/write‑ups) from events and in‑store activations.

Help update marketing calendars, track promotional materials, and support admin needs.

Retail Campaign Support

Help create relevant retail brand communication materials and content as needed.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related course.
• Passionate about marketing, sports, or retail — an interest in running is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using basic tools (laptop, phone) and must provide own equipment as needed.
