Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies is seeking a Franchise Relations Manager to steer franchising and business development for its 200+ brand network. You will source, evaluate, and onboard new franchisees, manage relationships, and coordinate with executives to expand markets.

The role requires travel to assess sites, train partners, and support store openings, ensuring brand standards across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years in franchising, business development, franchise sales, or operations, preferably in F&B/restaurant.
• Minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in franchising, business development, or restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow and operations of the Franchise Relations Department.
• Lead franchising and business development initiatives.
• Source prospective franchisees through networking, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Identify and nurture franchise applicants from inquiry to sale.
• Track campaigns and prepare reports for top management.
