Job summary

Samgyupsalamat is seeking a proactive Franchise Associate to support the growth of our franchise network in Santa Ana, Manila. You will assist prospective franchisees, coordinate the franchise application process, support new store openings, and ensure smooth communication between franchisees and internal departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and passionate about building relationships while delivering an excellent franchise experience from inquiry to operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in franchise, sales, business development, account management, or administrative support.
• Experience in retail or food and beverage is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end franchise application process.
• Respond to franchise inquiries and coordinate meetings with prospective franchisees.
• Prepare franchise proposals, presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding and new store openings.
• Monitor franchise requirements, document submissions, and project timelines.
• Maintain franchise databases, contracts, and records.
• Conduct market research and identify potential franchise opportunities.
• Coordinate with franchisees on operational concerns and administrative needs.
• Prepare periodic reports on franchise leads and pipeline status.
• Provide general support to the Franchise team as needed.
