Qualifications

• Graduates of 4-year Business related Courses.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience, preferably in the service industry.
• Verifiable records of achievement in driving targets and improving operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Scentsmith’s premium fragrance brand values.
• Lead daily team huddles and monthly store meetings to discuss targets, promotions, and updates.
• Drive sales performance and ensure timely, accurate reporting to the Area Manager.
• Manage visual merchandising, layouts, window displays, and stock replenishment.
• Oversee inventory and asset management, stock accuracy, and cash handling procedures.
• Uphold brand standards, grooming, customer interaction, and mall compliance.
• Engage with community initiatives and act as a brand ambassador for artisanal perfumery.
• Perform additional duties to support store growth and objectives.
