Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or related accounting/reporting.
• Proficiency with Office 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Teams).
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, and BI tools.
• Team player and able to collaborate across locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports including forecasting and P&L variance analysis for management.
• Assist in annual planning and budgeting with recommendations.
• Process invoice submissions, cost chargebacks, and month-end close activities.
• Develop strong relationships with Manila and Chicago partners.
• Identify process improvements with leadership to boost productivity.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests.
