Qualifications

• CPA is a plus but not required; experience in Financial Planning and Analysis preferred.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, or related areas.
• Industry knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in invoices submission, cost chargebacks, and month-end close processes.
• Develop strong relationships with Manila and Chicago teams to ensure financial goals.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and develop key financial metrics.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc requirements.
