Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Finance Analyst - FP&A in Taguig City, Metro Manila with two days onsite per week. The role supports the Group Financial Planning team, turning financial and operational data into insights that drive decision making, performance review, and forecasting.

You will partner with senior leaders to understand performance, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes. Growth into FP&A and Finance Business Partnering is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational information and communicate key messages clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting for senior management and business stakeholders.
• Analyse financial and operational KPI data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and planning processes through the provision of high-quality analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to understand information requirements and provide meaningful analysis.
• Challenge assumptions, investigate performance variances, and proactively highlight areas requiring management attention.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations, management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and wider finance team on ad hoc analysis, projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, automation and data quality across the finance function.
