Position Title: Finance Analyst – FP&A
The Group Financial Planning team acts as the analytical engine of the business, providing data‑driven insights to support strategic decision making across the Group. We partner with senior leaders, including the CFO and CEO, to understand performance, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support decision making. You will be responsible for analysing business performance, producing management information, and communicating key trends and drivers to stakeholders across the organisation. This role is well suited to a commercially curious individual who enjoys working with data but is equally comfortable engaging with stakeholders, explaining findings, and influencing actions. Over time, the role offers opportunities to broaden into FP&A and Finance Business Partnering activities.
