Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst – FP&A to join the Finance department in Manila/Taguig, with hybrid onsite work 2 days weekly. You will analyze performance, support forecasting and budgeting, and deliver management information to senior leaders including the CFO and CEO.

The ideal candidate brings advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, and experience handling large datasets, and can communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to translate financial and operational information into clear messages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting for senior management and business stakeholders.
• Analyse financial and operational KPI data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and planning processes through high-quality analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to understand information requirements and provide meaningful analysis.
• Challenge assumptions, investigate performance variances, and highlight areas requiring management attention.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations, management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate on ad hoc analysis, projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, automation and data quality across finance.
